All those interested in enrolling their child should do so by obtaining an application form, which must be filled in and submitted to the school office. Application forms are available on request from the school office between 9am and 2.30 pm, Monday to Thursday. Or alternatively, by ringing the office number on (01274) 401205 between 9am and 2.30pm, a form will then be sent out by post.
The school operates a policy where by siblings of students who are currently at the school will be given first priority, thereafter students from Crystal Gardens Primary School. Having said this all applications will be considered on merit post interview and entry examination.
Please note due to the high demand of parents wishing to enrol their children at an Islamic school, all applications should be made well in advance by parents who already have children studying at the school in order to be guaranteed a place. All successful applicants will receive confirmation of admission by telephone and letter.
The current annual fee is £2300 per year with a further one-off non-refundable payment of £100 on admission for the purchase of resources and processing of the application. Fee may be paid in a lump sum at the beginning of the year or in monthly instalments of £230 on the last date of each month Sept. to June. These must be via bank transfer. The fee is subject to go up annually by £50. Please note parents will be required to pay the full term's fee even if their child leaves mid-way through the term.
Our school day begins at 8.00am and ends at 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, Please note school doors will not be open before 8.00am.
The Prophet (saw) said, "From amongst the best gifts a father gives his child, none is better than excellent etiquettes and elegant manners." (Hadith) Bearing this teaching in mind we expect parents to help in the character building of their children. We will be very particular about how our students conduct themselves in school. Parents must note the school will endorse or prohibit anything that Islam endorses or prohibits.
At ESGS the student's school uniform reflects their attitude to learning. The simple yet elegant uniform complies with the Islamic dress code, which the pupils are encouraged to adhere to.
Each student will be expected to wear the full school uniform.
The uniform stipulated must be purchased from school.

Parents should provide their children with sensible shoes, no high heels, Due to safety precautions, jewellery such as bangles, necklaces, etc, are not to be worn in school. Girls should wear stud-type earrings if their ears are pierced.
Students will be given homework and expected to return it on time completed. In order to assist in the student's academic education, parental cooperation is essential.
